So Sundays are always fun for DIY-ing! We tried a new fun recipe tonight, called the 3:2:1 brownie. Basically it is an easy and fun way of making a quick individual sized brownie. We put ours in some jars.
This is how it works::
3 tbsp. of brownie mix +
2 tbsp. of water +
1 minute (or less) in the microwave =
a bit of happiness.
Try it out! Here's a photo of mine!

the canadian adventure is surely treating me well.
we had a great day in Banff. we went dog sledding!
boy, was it fun! my brothers and i got to take control and have a dog sled all to ourself.
we learned it is a lot harder than it looks, and that we are total babies when it comes to the cold.
the dogs did the majority of the work, yet we still struggled a bit.
ty tipped the sled (with me and tate zipped up inside) completely over--
and tate and i went head first into the powdery snow.
we laughed it off well, and it is still making me smile.
finally we hit up the hot springs, in the 9 degree weather.
i think we can consider today- a complete success.
p.s. hopefully some fisheye film photos will be developed soon!

headed to canada for a canadian christmas.
should be fun!
can't wait to see all our family, and have some great memories.
going dog sledding, and cant wait to cross it off my bucketlist.
the adventures await!
here is a glimpse from a photo shoot i did today with two insanely cute rascals.
can you believe that eli is four? makes me feel old when i think that i've babysat him since he was an infant.

today was a rainy day in vegas.
those are pretty hard to come by in this dry desert.
but for some reason the rain is rather magical here.
i just love it.
makes me wish i was with a cute boy.
too bad he's in texas.
but a day with my mom worked out to be just as wonderful.
nothing is better than movies by the fireplace and snuggles with the kitten.
finishing the night with her famous corn chowder, and a Skype date.
does it get any better?
7 days til christmas!

had a great past week with some awesome people.
christmas is coming so soon! heres a preview of me and my roommates christmas photoshoot.
Here are two photos from me and dylans date night last week, karaoke night with lots of friends.
pretty sure I made a fool of myself, wonder why he keeps me around....
saturday we went to the hot springs, that sure was an adventure.
they were not what I was expecting, they were just an indoor pool heated by the volcanic activity.
really cool idea! and we had a blast.
this week is going by so fast & finals scare me.
wish me luck.

this weekend was a fun one, lots of hanging out with friends, and a fun date to thai food.
does it get better than that? went and saw pitch perfect, yet again. seriously laughed just as hard.
love that movie. had a fun night listening to lana del ray with dylan while looking at christmas lights in rexburg (the select few we could find). its weird to think that the semester is almost over.. i cant wait to see my family for the holidays. i think i have a case of holiday cheer.... embracing it!
