diy friday.

so i have a super wonderful diy for all you faithful followers! it is the bleaching tee-shirt DIY. it is super easy way to spice up your wardrobe, turning plain tees into graphic styles. here are the two that i created.

so i made the first one using a navy colored plain swoop-neck tee. i used a thicker ((cheap)) paint brush and applied the bleach plentiful as circle polka dots on the shirt. i also kind of flicked the brush to splatter the dots a bit. I AM IN LOVE with these shirts!

the second was just an experiment test run, but it turned out lovely. i just free handed it. for the record, the longer the bleach sits wet, the more white the bleached area will be. when bleaching a black shirt, remember to go over the writing at least two times in order for it to actually turn out white.

do you have any cute ideas for bleached tees?? if so, do share :)
